Dear Providers
RE: EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND TENDER ROUND, OBJECTIVE 3
Providers were previously notified on the Jobcentre Plus Website that due to
technical difficulties the question and answers for the above tender round
would not be published until week commencing the 21st November. I have been
informed that these technical difficulties are continuing and I anticipate the
question and answers will be published later this week.
To ensure this tender round is open and fair to all providers I have taken
the decision to extend the deadline to the 9th December 2005, (12.00 noon).
This will allow all interested parties time to review their bids in light of
the answers provided on the web. (A copy of this note together with the
question and answer log is also on the Government Office North East website).
Any organisation that has already submitted a bid will be allowed to either
issue an addendum to their original bid or supply us with a revised bid.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but in the interests of
fairness I feel have no alternative.
I look forward to receiving your bids by the 9th December.
