Transaction checklists for ERDF ProjectsFrom the 1st of January 2007, all Objective 2 ERDF projects are required to submit a new ERDF transaction checklist along with their interim and the final claim. The ERDF transaction checklist is a template whereby the applicant provides information about project(s) costs included in the claim: type of costs, dates of defrayment, invoice numbers and dates. Community and Local Government (CLG) now requires all Government Offices to use these checklists for ERDF grant claims from projects, and Urban II Action Plans. The aim is to ensure that the declarations to the European Commission for expenditure recorded in grant claims received from 1st January 2007 are all supported by transaction lists that provide at least the minimum information given in the template.
