CSV in collaboration with the Community Development Foundation and the Third Sector European Network is launching a photographic competition to raise awareness about the funds we get from Europe and the contribution they make in English communities.

Thirty photos will be selected that best illustrate "What has being European done for me?" They will be exhibited as part of a programme of events during the UK Presidency of the EU between July and December 2005. They will also be printed in publications and related materials.

A competitor may send a maximum of five photographs, but will only be allowed to win once. They must also include a short annotation on his/her insights into how their entry points up the significance or links to European funding.

The deadline for entries is 30th March, 2005. Winners will be notified by the end of May.
