Invitations to tender to deliver activity in line with project specifications
have been published by Job Centre Plus North East Region.
Deadline for receipt of applications: 12 noon on Friday 25th November 2005
Activity: The Policy Field/Measure is 1.1: to provide advice, guidance and
support to enable people to develop active and continuous job search strategies
and prevent them from moving into long term unemployment or economic inactivity
(see JCP website below for details).
Target Beneficiaries: Provision available for all unemployed/jobless people
aged 18 plus not accessing available JCP mainstream provision (for targeted
groups within this range, see JCP information).
Area: Activity will be delivered across the six Job Centre Districts in the
North East region: Durham, Tees Valley, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear
(Newcastle & North Tyneside), Tyne & Wear (City of Sunderland), Tyne & Wear
(Gateshead and South Tyneside), Separate bids will have to be submitted where
bids will overlap JCP Districts.
Contracts to start 06.02.06 and run to no later than 31.12.07
