ESF OBJECTIVE 3 APPLICATIONS
We have been advised by Government Office North East of an error in the
interactive disk with regard to the bank details of applicants.
If you bank Sort Code commences with "O", the Sort Code you wnter
will be changed by the software.
It is important, therefore, for you to check your Sort Code and ifit had been
chnaged by the software, you should enclose a letter with your application to
Government Office advising them of your correct Sort Code.
SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO PROJECTS
Please find enclosed an amendment
to guidance issued by the Department of
Education & Employment with respect to Significant Changes to projects,
to correct inconsistencies in the definition of "Significant Change".
You will note thaht this amendment clarifies the position in that Significant
Changes are where costs or outputs vary by +/- 15% or more.
